If you are missing a single tooth...,
If you do not want to file (grind) the teeth for a traditional bridge...,
If you do not accept a removable denture..,
If implants are too expensive..
The best solution for the cases described above is a composite bridge - the method is based on rebuilding the missing tooth with composite resin (alternative to porcelain). The SMK - tooth in one day system was created at the Pomeranian Dental School in Szczecin by dr Cezary Turostowski. It has been used since 1992.
- System permanently rebuilds missing teeth
- System does not damaged neighbouring teeth (no drill used)
- One visit (2 hours)
- Can be used for all ages (young people)
- Much cheaper than implants or traditional bridges
- Completely painless
In 2002-2003 SMK method was patented.
Patent nr P-356506 "Orthodontic Bridge and method of creation" 14 November 2002 Patent Office RP.
